Yes. That is Grandma Mulligan.....
I do use photoshop all day....but not in the cool way you see with the photo clean-up.....

…The sister in the back has a piece of the photo folded over the top of her head...
…If you could re-scan the photo... It would give me more to work with…. whatever is on the other side of that flap....
