Nicholas is Moving On..

Nicholas had his graduation from pre-k (yes pre-k!) last week and it was a very nice ceremony. His Grandma Alice and pop-pop, uh I mean Uncle Bill were there to watch and all the children did a great job. Now its time for summer fun but he can't slack on his schoolwork because they test him when he gets to he the k to see what he knows and where to place him. Somehow I think this is different from when most of us where little!!

The second pic is when they introduced him as "our baseball enthusiast and future 3rd baseman for the Marlins" he got quite a kick out of that. The third pic is with his teacher Mrs Emily who he will miss very much...

Congrats to Jason M Barner

Jason graduated on Wednseday. He was in the top ten percent of his class! A little fact he kept to himself unti the day of the ceremony. His gold band is for scholastic honors. We had a nice meal out afterwards and then of course cake and coffee at our house. We are all very proud of him and wish him the best of luck as he heads off to college in the coming months to peruse a bachelors degree in information technology or masters degree in engineering.
