No politics, just So Cal Sun!

So Kim and I just went down to sunny Southern California to visit Chris, Laura, Matthew and Grace. They were the best hosts and took us out to plenty of fun spots. Our first day was seeing everyone again for the first time in a long time and checking out their new digs! Here's some shots of our trip and some of the fun we all had together. THANKS to Chris and Laura for being so wonderful to us during our stay...

We had a great day at the beach on Saturday and soaked up some sun and even got into the water a little bit. The kids had a blast in the sand. Sunday we went to a cool botanical garden up in the hills. I got a shot of the two cousins, Chris and Kim, and Laura got the two Chris' on a bench.

This was a whale museum, where ironicall we saw whales migrating down the coast. Chris busted out the binoculars to see Catalina island a little better and we played in the sun some more. Then we headed to the gardens...
