Remembering Mark 3/18/09

It's 2 years now that our "Beloved" brother was called home to heaven
May he rest in peace
and to the recent passing of Aunt Jane's brother Eddy & our Uncle Rocky may they all be at peace.
I think this says it best:

Just forget if you can, that I ever frowned
And remember only the smile,
Forget unkind words I have spoken: Remember
some good 1 have done, Forget that I ever
had heartache and remember I've had
loads of fun. Forget that I stumbled and
blundered And sometimes fell by the way.
Remember I have fought some hard battles
And won. ere the close of the day.
Then forget to grieve for my going.
I would not have yon sad lor a day. But in summer just
gather some flowers And remember the
place where I lay. And come in the evening
When the sun paints the sky in the west.
Stand for a few moments besides me
And remember only my best

Thank you Joyce for the nice words and warm thoughts. May God be with Aunt Jane, John, Kim and all the Finlay's during these difficult days.

I hope you don't mind I added a pic to your post.

This is not the kind of thought I thought I would ever think, or at least for a very long time like an uncle Rocky time 80ish, Mark you are loved and missed more then our words can say.....

From John and Gweneth's reception... I had to crop out Smac and Di and it made for a nice shot.

SWM has said many times he would have loved the blog, of course Muggs probably would have banned him several times for pushing the limits of our blog topics.
