Your NEXT: Wine Selection is..

from Oregon not Kalifornia and SWM not RED!!! The selection was quite enjoyable - my favorite so far - so I recommend you grab a bottle, make a pie and enjoy with some family or friends.

The Wine

The Pizza Ingredients - dough, sauce, basil, oregano, onion, red & green peppers, black olives and don't forget the cheese!!

Eat While Hot!

Not only did Mom like my pizza but she also gave Big S the "AA" Nod of Approval!! So expand your grape horizons and give the great northwest a try...

WOW GPE!!! It looks good but is it in the reasonable price range like Chris keeps to?? Yo u know these things are important to us.

Glad to see mom eating & drinking.

The pizza looks yummy-too.

Well it is SWM you know! It was in the next rung on the wine ladder - $15.99.. The favorable reviews from the tasting group made the extra 5.99 worthwhile but since you knock off 2 bottles or so per sitting by yourself you may want to stick to the MD 20/20 style selections...

Ah watch it gpe, ys know you are only new at this wine tasting stuff, so don't be gettting all upitty on us. You are not seasoned like the rest of us. BTW, I enjoy all different varieties and price ranges. when it comes to vino.

oh and another thing, you didn't mention it was a Pinot Noir and I had to read the little print.

I only have fun with Sis cause I know she can take it..and dish it too!!

Glad you could read the label I couldn't...

I am definitely a novice thats why I didn't not even attempt a real review all I can tell you is it tasted good, went down smooth and left me wishing there was one more glass!!

BTW I also had my first Luganitas IPA (a double I think) and it was very good (thanks KCH!) it had a nice hoppy aroma and taste yet was rather sweet instead of bitter like many of the IPA's, good stuff..

Nice!

The pizzas looka good!

Looks like everyone had a blast too! Good post GPE.

However, Oregon is better known for thier "grams" than grapes and I would normally never sample vintage created by altered minds, except maybe if they are perfecting the Hop...

But, since AA liked it I will have to break my golden state rule and drink outside the box!!

great work gpe. here are some ideas for your next pizza creation.
