You see sadness. I see progress over urban blight. Just think of all the tax revenue these new businesses will generate for Westchester county...

i remember,
what a shame, there is something tobe said for the old theaters. i like them better than 20 movie malls they have now.
John what about the Capitol Theater in Port Chester, is it still there? Do you know of it?
it's long been closed as a movie theater.....here is some more info....
